Andre brings over three decades of financial expertise and a strong foundation in economics. Born and raised in Ottawa, his career began in accounting and the high-tech sector of Kanata before transitioning into the financial services industry in 1992, where he developed a unique analytical perspective on corporate finance, insurance, and wealth management. He earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 2001 and went on to build and grow his own multi-advisor practice, later spending more than two decades delivering comprehensive, tailored financial strategies to individuals and families. In 2025, he joined OPES Family Advisory.
Now residing in the Ottawa Valley with his wife, Lesley, near Griffith along the Madawaska River, he remains deeply committed to community service through board involvement and local service organizations, and enjoys cycling, skiing, and hiking throughout the Valley’s scenic landscape.
